The HHO gas is actually a mixture of the hydrogen and oxygen atoms from the water, changed to a gaseous state after being split from each other. In most cases, all you'll need is a water reservoir such as a jar, some wiring to power the generator, some tubing to direct the flow of HHO gas to the engine, and possibly some small fittings for the hoses and mounting pieces to securely mount the unit in the engine bay. And don't forget the water, gas mileage improvements will egenrally be noticed immediately.
